We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange.
Do LabanPen products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our pens come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
